Virginia Business Spotlight
This week’s Virginia’s Business Spotlight is Elwood Thompson's. They are a small, locally owned and independently operated natural foods market located in Richmond. ET’s was founded in 1989 and is owned by Rick Hood.
It got its name from its location at the intersection of Ellwood Avenue and Thompson Street. They aim to source their produce and goods from local farmers and producers who focus on natural means of growing and producing. They have 120 stewards (employees) and in addition to being a grocery store, Ellwood Thompson has a wide range of prepared foods and catering services.
